Selfie and Good Manners ~ Learn from Kate Nash

Good Manners are important or not?

Good Manners, Selfie

The views of song writer Kate Nash about Selfie has ensued a fresh debate about good manners versus modern manners.

There are already well defined set of manners for all occasions. We are taught Table manners, bathroom manners and Bed Room manners. There are well defined manners for host and guest, children and elders, for male and females for every activity under the sky.

When net became popular netiquette were formed, when Social media became popular more rules and Do's and Don’ts were imposed upon users not only by society but by websites also. Many accounts were deleted on account of violation of terms and condition, by many social media websites. All those manners were later enacted by society so that violators can be prosecuted. It is called the Information Technology Act 2006, in India.

Other manners were codified but not enacted, since they were not dangerous to society. If you do not say Good Morning to your teachers or parents, they could mind it and may rebuke you, but they can’t compel you to do so by law. If a soldier or constable does not salute to his superior officer, disciplinary action would be taken against him.

When any activity becomes popular and it has some dangerous side effects than people show their concern and a caution is issued. This is what happened when Kate Nash condemned the selfie taken at memorial service of Nelson Mandela.

Selfie is now an obsession. There is nothing wrong with it. A fine way to show self dependence. But something wrong has also happened. Some people have died while taking a selfie. They were drowned in a lake or sea, crushed by passing vehicle or fell down from the roof. Some young teenage girls were blackmailed by ex boyfriends for private clicks. Society needs security. They want to find out a way to stop the misuse of selfie. Many countries have imposed the ban on use of selfie stick. It is a metal rod which can take selfie from forty inch distance. Mumbai Police does not find it appropriate that unmarried men and women should take selfie. They think that their closeness to "fit in" the picture is immoral.Belfie or bottom selfie has been banned by many social media websites. Instagram has banned women buttock selfie or belfie causing some uproar in feminist. What would be next, is anybody's guess.

The celebs have played a great role in promoting the craze of selfie. Prince Charles did it with 12 years old school girl and seasoned politician like Barak and Modi also do it frequently.

Selfie is Narcissistic phenomenon. It shows extreme selfishness and self centeredness of society. There is no doubt in last few years we have become that.

W.B.Yeats in his poem “The Second Coming” says

The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.

T.S.Eliot in his long poem The wasteland has depicted a vast panorama of futility and anarchy, for which Yeats says “Things fall apart, the centre cannot hold”. The present age of emotional sterility, void due to lack of purpose and fear due to advancement in technology is shaping our future. The Third Wave or The Second Coming is expected.

Dangerous Selfies are killing people every day. In the picture below all of them died because one lost his balance while getting up and pulled others. Sa

In another similar incident at Murud Beach 14 students drowned when a big wave carried them away while taking Selfie.

Why Good Manners? Does manners makes a man ? Or man makes manners?. We created God who created us. How simple? Egg or Hen?

OK, take selfie, but be little less selfish. Think of less privileged from you and don’t take selfie with them, if really you don't have any compassion for them.

High Profile Crime and Punishment

High Profile Murder Cases Mystery

 Property is Murder~ Fyodor Dostoevsky

According to an old Indian proverb there are three root causes of all crimes viz. Money (Jar), Woman (Joru) and Jameen (Property).

Dostoevsky encapsulate all the three into one-property. Money is a kind of property, and in patriarchal society women were also property.

Excessive wealth, money or property and beautiful wife or wives, concubine, mistresses or affairs lead to crime. Otherwise also first is a prerequisite for second vice.

You cannot be rich without being criminal.

It is a bitter truth. Violation of law, tax evasion, blackmailing, enticing a rich partner for marriage, forgery, conning, hiding a fact and playing immoral tricks with competitors are the games people play to be successful.

Unfortunately in this world success has become the only criterion of right or wrong. Worldly achievements are the yardstick of success.

We have witnessed many high profile murder cases in the past. Tandoor Murder case, when a husband killed his wife and roasted her in tandoor. Jessica Lall a high profile bartender girl refused to serve wine after closing hours and was shot dead, Arushi Murder Case when a Doctor couple caught their minor daughter  in an awkward position with home servant and killed both of them Sunanda Shashi Tharoor, who was found dead in her hotel room in mysterious circumstances and Bhanwari Devi Murder case in which Bhanwari a medical nurse was murdered and two suspects one of whom was powerful Minister are still behind the bars.

Pramod Mahajan a BJP leader and fundraiser for the party was shot dead by his own brother Parvin Mahajan. Parvin Mahajan was a stooge who also died in dubious circumstances when he was on parole. Bibek Maitra who was secretary to Pramod Mahajan was killed by overdose of drugs in the bungalow owned by Pramod Mahajan. Pramod Mahajan was charged by an IPS officer's wife for killing Shivani Bhatnagar, the Indian Express journalist. Rahul Mahajan, son of Pramod Mahajan is prankster, divorced his first wife and selected second wife through a reality show.

The family saga can put any crime thriller, suspense, treachery, lewd story writer to shame.

The list is long, cases continue in the court for many years till long channel of Judicial system is exhausted by top lawyers hired by high profiles and the whole purpose of justice is defeated.

Common man already knows, what would be the end of it. He reads the news as he reads some crime and thriller magazine  story without correlating himself with the incident.

The poor and middle class crime riddles are solved easily. First, they do not have enough money to hire top advocates, and second, Police does not hesitate in using third degree method to extort the truth from them.

If you have enough money to spend on Police and Judicial System, and have no political enemy, chances are that you would not remain behind the bar for a single night  even if you have committed some heinous crime. Even by chance, if your custody is granted to the police, you can manage five star hotel treatment in Jail.

William Congreve in his book “Way of the World” has shown many hidden faces of elite society. Multiple marriages, illicit affairs, forged documentation are also part of the game the goal of which is to acquire property. Love without money is an empty dream. Money may ultimately corrupt even the pure love.
Shobha De an Indian author had been writing novels and stories about socialites and their private life.

After the success of  soap opera “Missing” a similar TV serial “Trisha” was produced in India last year. It was a high profile drama of young girl Trisha who was kidnapped by her own uncle for property disputes followed by the murder of Trisha's father.

Indrani and Sheena

Two years back a young high profile girl Sheena 24, was found missing from a suburb of Mumbai. Now her mother, Indrani Mukherjee ex-cine star has been arrested for alleged conspiracy of her daughter’s murder. Indrani's  husband Peter Mukherjee, who is Ex-CEO of Star India TV channel has expressed ignorance over the fact that his wife was already married twice before she married him. Indrani introduced Sheena as siblings to her present husband. Peter had two sons from his ex-wife. One of them Rahul is said to have incestuous relation with her step sister Sheena. Are you intrigued? Wait, more facts are yet to be revealed.

1 September 2015

Some shocking facts have come to light: Indrani was sexually molested by her own father when young and Sheena may possibly have born out of  a physical relationship between Indrani and her father Upendra Kumar Bora.

Indrani herself is not biological daughter of Upendra Kumar Bohra.

Sheena Bora was pregnant at the time of her murder.May be by her own step-brother?

One more in the series is murder of Hema and her lawyer. Hema is an artist and her husband is prime accused in the case. This case would meet the same fate as that of all other high profile crime cases.

The old man and the Nymph published in 2014 had exposed almost similar life style and it was severely criticised by puritanical reviewers. I wish they read it again in the light of these cases.

It’s no wonder Truth is stranger than fiction.~ Mark Twain

Anger in Love : Love in Anger

How Anger Enhances Beauty

love in anger,beauty in anger
  Keats (Sketch by Charles Brown)

John Keats in his poem "Ode on Melancholy" says:

Or if thy mistress some rich anger shows,
Emprison her soft hand, and let her rave,
And feed deep, deep upon her peerless eyes.

She dwells with Beauty—Beauty that must die;
And Joy, whose hand is ever at his lips

The most sensuous man, the man who could "burst Joy's grape against his palate fine," suggests that even if your beautiful mistress shows rich anger- now, why she would show a rich anger? - Either she is offended by your gestures and advances or you have tactlessly proposed her. Can a lady be ever offended by a proposal howsoever tactless it may be. No. So naturally poet thinks that being passionate and eager  some liberties were taken which offended lady, since no lady, especially the beautiful ones likes to be taken for granted.

Even then you must not be disappointed. Actually, that is the threshold of victory. If you surrender and apologize you will look down lifelong before her. You would be the joke she would tell in parties that how a little rebuke was enough to set you off.

So, go a step ahead, when discarded imprison her soft hand. Holding hand is one of the most acceptable form of romantic gesture. That is the territory, even for the noblest of lady. Imprisoning the hand is just one step further than holding the hand. It is a gesture in which you hold both of her hands in between your hands. It shows urgency, intimacy, persuasion, pleading and also thrust, power and authority.

When you are not discouraged by her rebuke and still go further and hold her hand tightly, she is taken aback. She is enraged and scorns at you in delirium.

Now look at her:

Her face is flushed. Her cheeks are crimson, and rest of her face has shades of pink up to her throat, her quivering earlobes are pink and translucent, her eyes are red with some pink threads, her voice is hoarse and husky as if groaning sub vocally, her body trembles and convulse every now and then, her breathing is heavy and uneven, and  her heaving bosom is rising and falling spasmodically.

What would you say- Is it anger or passion?

That is the beauty of it. The physical expressions of anger and passion are same. So if you don't succeed in arousing the passion arouse the anger and you would reap the same crop.

Now the context of these lines is melancholy. A feast on beauty is way out of melancholy.

Anger is an unconscious bargaining power. Most of the time beautiful girls pretend to be angry to enhance their bargaining power. They use it  to add little more fuel to the fire. It is an indirect message that she deserves a better treatment. If you do not reconcile some benefit or advantage would be denied to you. What is that? Your every guess would fail, and you would suffer a loss without ever knowing about it.

All beautiful and attractive women of the world have an idea of the this social leverage that God has bestowed on them.

Could I come near your beauty with my nails, I could set my ten commandments in your face. ~ Henry VI, Part Two by William Shakespeare

That's a catfight. A gentleman should always remain away and ignorant of it.

Tibetan scholars who were unable to find a rational argument about beauty have ultimately concluded that “for the poet, everything is beautiful” We can concede or deny the statement if you have a clear notion of what poetry is, and who is a poet?

The sixth Dalai Lama, Tsangyang Gyatso says:

The season of flowers is over
Bee, don’t be sad
My lover’s life is spent
I should not be sad

Beauty in the poetry sense is not sensuous, it moves from the real base of mind to the new realm that is the subject matter of the poetry.

This kind of beauty cannot be destroyed by place, time or condition.

That is why the poet exclaims “A thing of beauty is joy forever.”

In Alexander Pope's play "The rape of the Lock" Belinda a character based on Arabella , a prominent beauty queen of aristocratic society is subjected to such a rage, resentment and despair that she finds following to be a trifle compared to her agony.

Not youthful kings in battle seized alive,
Not scornful virgins who their charms survive,
Not ardent lovers robbed of all their bliss,
Not ancient ladies when refused a kiss...
E'er felt such rage, resentment and despair.

The Baron, who could manage to cut off a coveted lock of Belinda's hair though she had been warned since morning by good angels about the danger.

But when to mischief mortals bend their will,
How soon they find fit instrument of ill !!

Where there is will there is a way. Baron finds an accomplice who offers him a scissors to cut a lock of Belinda in the same way arms were offered to Knights departing for battlefields. Love is War.

Ariel "watched the ideas rising in her mind, and despite pretense of Belinda to the contrary found 'an earthly lover lurking at her heart'. Ariel was amazed and confused and found his power of protection has vanished and withdrew along with all his spirits.

The moment she has a weakness for Baron the good angels had to fly away.

That's true. Every beautiful woman is protected by good angels. They protect her from miscreants. Unless the woman has some soft corner for her paramour she is safe. You need to pursue a little harder and wait for the moment when she would be most vulnerable.

Religion and Cult :Radhey Maa

Celebration of Joy

                                                                                                         Osho by Drawing Portrait

When You Celebrate, the Whole Existence Participates with You

“I celebrate myself, and I hope soon the day will come you will be celebrating yourself. And when thousands and thousands of people around the earth are celebrating, singing, dancing, ecstatic, drunk with the divine, there is no possibility of any global suicide."-Osho

A religion is an old cult. A cult is new religious movement. - biography.

Cult accepts religion as its source of origin, but religion does not accept cult. Religion is conservative and cult is modern and liberal.

Radhey Maa and numerous like her are cults that enriches religion. Religion is fear, cult is hope.

To an extent you can generate fear and exploit the people, but after that it is a celebration of joy that liberates people from fear and enjoy religion.

Radhey Maa is pioneer of the new cult in Religion. In many cults like Nagas and Digambar Jains nakedness was a code. But females were not permitted to join such cults.

Condemnation by media has proved that Radhey Maa has a point to make. The media is so sensitive about its own freedom but surprisingly callous when it comes to freedom of speech and expressions by others. How does it matter that Radhey Maa is dancing in mini skirt and sits in the lap of man, so far as no law of the land is broken.

Osho (from Sex to Superconsciousness) also faced media trial for his meditation camps. During Meditation his followers and disciples use to dance and reached to ecstasy oblivious of clothes.

When Adam and Eve decided to cover the private parts, civilisation started. Civilisation is the cause of all sufferings. So the cult of nudist is in vogue.

The Soul doesn’t have a gender. The religion is path of the soul. It wants to see beyond gender.

In Buddhism the follower of Vajrayogini believes that Vajrayogini manifests herself in the enjoyment form which is beyond this world. Therefore, the deity is beyond gender and beyond discrimination.

A few years back One Indian Police Officer of Director General rank D.K.Panda declared himself as Doosri Radha that is second Radha and resigned from his job. He use to sing on roads dressed up as a bride and beloved of Lord Krishna “Radha”, wearing anklets, a nose ring and vermilion on his forehead and a duptta. He sings and dances on roads. Any Psychiatrist would not hesitate to identify it as perversion of transgender. Panda is not alone, he got famous because he was a high placed Police official, there are thousands of followers who worship Krishna dressed up as Radha.

The name Radha itself is highly symbolic. If read in reverse order it is Dhara which means flow or stream. It is flow of energy in our body. It has downward trend that is why Radha. By meditation the energy is directed upwards. It can either be done by hard penance or by rituals of Tantra. In tantra the female power (yum) plays an important role. Read Maya.

D.H.Lawrence faced severe criticism from many feminist like Kate Millet. They brutally assaulted and labeled him misogynist. He is also one of the authors most read by women. Like E.L.James is more read and admired by the females. No feminist approves of such authors, though paradoxically they are more adored by females.

Aristotle said there is no such thing as hot water, but only hot water in some container.

Isolated truth, without a context is farce.

Luke 7:37 says that Jesus accepted the perfume brought by sinful woman.

So what is the harm if Radhey Maa accepts mini skirt, wears it and dances in that, for the amusement of her disciples.

1.September 2015

People of dubious past and character like Rahul Mahajan and Dolly Bindra have waged a war against religious head and celebrities to serve ulterior purpose of their own. The lacuna in the system of bureaucracy and legislature, greedy media and weaknesses of celebrities are their weapons of extortion.

Slumber is More Sweet Than Toil

Blessed are Idles For The Kingdom of Heaven Belongs to Them

slumber,idle
[Lord Tennyson and Bertrand Russell Photo By CC]

Alfred, Lord Tennyson in his poem Lotus-Eaters has praised the slumber. The brave and courageous Ulysses finds himself defeated by arguments of his mariners :

All things have rest: why should we toil alone,
We only toil, who are the first of things,
And make perpetual moan,
Still from one sorrow to another thrown:

Marines didactically prove the superiority of slumber:

All things have rest, and ripen toward the grave
In silence; ripen, fall and cease:
Give us long rest or death, dark death, or dreamful ease.

Ultimately Ulysses finds himself cornered and he has no argument in favour of hard work, toil and working endlessly. None of the living being is doing so in the nature. So he yields to the wishes of his fellow mariners:

Surely, surely, slumber is more sweet than toil, the shore
Than labor in the deep mid-ocean, wind and wave and oar;
O, rest ye, brother mariners, we will not wander more.

The virtues of Laziness are yet to be explored. Tennyson has given arguments from mariners who are mostly not so well educated, but their arguments are so down to earth that not only Ulysses is speechless, but even today the readers are left astounded by strength of arguments.

Intellectuals have read Bertrand Russell’s views on the virtue of idleness. Still more inquisitive have read the Zen which emphasise on quality of life. The leisure and recreation are important determinants of quality of life.

One esteemed member of “Lazy Club” was spotted driving fast by another member. In next meeting he was served a show cause notice. He explained that by mistake he had pressed the accelerator that day and then was too lazy to remove his foot from it. Undoubtedly he won the trophy for laziness.

Many times laziness is camouflage in action.

Remember, what T. S. Eliot says about action in his play “Murder in the Cathedral”.
“Action is suffering and suffering action”

There cannot be better condensation   of thoughts evaporated by hard boiled brain storming.

All the suffering of the world comes from action. All of us suffer the pain of death whether we work hard or sit idly. Everyone suffers from Final action that is death. If we make efforts to escape that final action or even have fear of it, which again is action, we suffer more. So action and inaction have the same significance.

A sanskrit verse says

"Those who work hard to acquire knowledge die,
Those who sit idle and remain ignorant too die,
Then what is the use of clattering the teeth."

(In ancient time initial knowledge was acquired by cramming.)

Robert Browning in his poem "Rabbi-Ben-Ezra"

"Not on the vulgar mass
Called 'work' must sentence pass
Things done, that took the eye and had the price
O'er which, from level stand,
The low world laid its hand,
Found straightway to its mind, could value in a trice.

You are trying to weigh diamonds on hay scale (Phelps). World is not going to judge you by toil but by your achievements.

When Buddha pronounced his four Noble Truth he had similar interpretation. “All is suffering” and “There is cause of suffering” are first two Noble Truth.

Buddha.net has a simple interpretation of this as

“The causes of suffering lead to suffering, suffering produces the causes of suffering which again produce suffering. They are circular.”

Religion has remained the best shelter for idlers. Since the surplus produced by proletariat was extorted by Kings and Priests, they were revered and worshipped for their skills of extortion. Surprisingly the story has not come to an end despite many centuries of oppression and many revolutions.

As leisure differs from idleness for being purposeful so does inaction differs from idleness.

Whatever wrong is happening around, you are responsible for that, even if you are not directly involved in its occurrence. Only because you are present at that moment, even if you had no means to stop its occurrence, would not make you free from bondage of the Karma of inaction.

Writing and reading more than this would be a toil.

Ashes to ashes, Dust to dust~Gabriel Garcia Marquez

Gabriel Garcia Marquez's ashes reaches home in Colombia

The news flashes a host of memories when we were caught in the magic web woven by Gabo ( the affectionate nickname of the Author) in his books "One hundred of solitude" and "Love in the time of cholera".

Review of "One Hundred Years of Solitude" on goodreads.(17.09.12)

"For a week when I was reading "One hundred years of solitude", I was living in Macondo and lost all my connections with the real world. Every person I met I searched for either Aureliano or Arcadio in him. The whole world could be divided in two types of people Aureliano or Arcadio. The fluidity of transcendence is superb from one Aureliano to other Aureliano. The ordinary has inbuilt extraordinary in it. Rather "more the ordinary" proves "more the extraordinary" in it.
At one time superstitions and premonitions come true, at another time a long narration culminates in a quotation like "Poverty is the servitude of love."
The last paragraph of the book is amazing."It was the history of the family, written by Melquiades, down to the most trivial details, one hundred years ahead of time. He had written it in Sanskrit...".
There is only one epic "Ramayana"  that was written much before the happening of events.
I salute Gabriel GarcĆa MĆ”rquez.~Vipin Behari Goyal (Author)

This is what Superman says about his own masterpiece:

"One day I discovered the right tone—the tone that I eventually used in One Hundred Years of Solitude. It was based on the way my grandmother used to tell her stories. She told things that sounded supernatural and fantastic, but she told them with complete naturalness. When I finally discovered the tone I had to use, I sat down for eighteen months and worked every day.
In One Hundred Years of Solitude."

According to Terry Pratchett "Magic Realism is like polite way of saying you write Fantasy".

Gabo says "The trouble is that many people believe that I’m a writer of fantastic fiction, when actually I’m a very realistic person and write what I believe is the true socialist realism."

Author himself want his work to be classified as Social Realism rather than as Magic Realism.

Let us see what the difference is:
Realist author writes about the realities of life as perceived by him through the senses and experience. That reality may not be absolute reality. Perceptions are also deceptions.

Since World is Conical and is divided  in two uneven halves, Proletariat and Capitalist, Oppressed and Oppressor, Rich and poor, Haves and Have-Nots,  and if an author chooses to write about the poverty stricken  people, their life and sufferings (and few breezes of happiness) and struggle, he is said to be writing about Socialist Realism.

In Magical Realism some unreal events are interwoven in a real story so skillfully that the unreal also appears to be real.

Many authors like Gabo deny their work to be Magical Realism, which is not as high stature of the work as Socialist Realism is.

The magic spelled by him will continue to enchant many coming generations.

The news about the transfer of his ashes appeared as follows:

"The ashes of Nobel Prize-winning author Gabriel Garcia Marquez are heading to the country of his birth, Colombia.
Garcia Marquez -- known to his fans as Gabo -- had been a journalist early in his career and traveled around the world. He settled in Mexico, where he lived for many decades before his death in 2014 at age 87.
But the author of the "One Hundred Years of Solitude" and "Love in the Time of Cholera" often set his fictions in Columbia. The Caribbean city of Cartagena, particularly, served as muse and inspiration."(LA Times).

Writing Tips by Gabriel Garcia Marquez  based on his various interviews:

1. Talk to Old People: Old people are treasure house of stories. Listen to them patiently. Gabo himself was inspired by his grandmother's impassive narrations to write the story of One hundred years of solitude.

2. Read Great Literature: Books written by great authors are always source of inspiration. Gabo wrote his first story after reading Metamorphosis by Kafka.

3. Visit Old Places: Specially the places where you spent your childhood. Your school, playgrounds, city library. It will bring a flood of memories and you would be able to relive a new experience.

4. Writing is hard work:  Gabo considered writing to be a hard work. He said "Ultimately, writing is nothing but a carpentry." He has further explained that "Writing something is almost as hard as making a table. With both, you are working with reality, a material just as hard as wood. Both are full of tricks and techniques. Basically very little magic and a lot of hard work are involved. And as Proust, I think, said, it takes ten percent inspiration and ninety percent perspiration."

5. Read "Earnest Hemingway on writing": Gabo was also inspired by this book. He has appreciated the way Hemmingway has compared writing with Boxing. He agrees that you have to be in a very good emotional and physical state to be a writer.

6. Be a Perfectionist: Be your own best critic. He says" I think that I’m excessively demanding of myself and others because I cannot tolerate errors; I think that it is a privilege to do anything to a perfect degree."

7. Don't be a megalomaniac: Often Authors does this mistake to consider themselves as center of universe and society's conscience.

8. Work in a familiar environment: Some Author's think that they can write better in some resorts or hotels. William Dalrymple  wrote his book City of Djinns in a resort at Luni near Jodhpur. Gabo finds that familiar environment are more congenial for writing than strange places.

9. Choose your best hours: Every person has different best hours of the day. Author must identify and utilise his best hours.

10. Work very hard on First Paragraph: The first paragraph decides the fate of the book. Gabo says "One of the most difficult things is the first paragraph. I have spent many months on a first paragraph, and once I get it, the rest just comes out very easily."

Rest in Peace Gabriel Garcia Marquez

Porn, Literature and Law

Banned 857 Porn Sites Get Relief: Continue to quench Carnal Desires

porn, literature,law

It is not unusual for any Government to issue an order under the pressure of a segment of ruling party who are hardliner. Such orders are then withdrawn when public protests. It makes hardliner as well as public happy. But this recent ban by the Government of India has raised certain issues which pertain to not only people of India but whole human civilization.

The human civilization on Planet Earth has reached to that maturity when it can adopt  the Universal Law Code applicable to all the countries of the world, whether they agree or not?  If they do not agree they must be convinced for it.

The crime against humanity are same all over world, and all of them have certain provisions of penalties in law. The treaty of extradition is not enforceable sometime because crimes committed in one country is not crime in another country.
Since we now perceive the whole world as Global Village it would not be untoward worthy to apply the Universal Law Code. That would be the only solution of worldwide terrorism.

All popular porn sites have their Corporate Offices in countries other than India, which have liberal laws for Porn Industries. The owners cannot be punished in India. So the only remedy left to the Government is to ban those sites.

India stands fourth in Porn Watching. First three are, USA, UK and Canada.
Even 25% Females watch porn while the world average is 23%.

The Child Porn sites remain a criminal offence all over the world. Even if Government of all nations make an effort to abolish this industry it would be a great boon to coming generations.

India has always claimed to be an ancient Guru who can act as Friend ,Guide and Philosopher so far as  Love Life of the people is concerned.

Gay Telese in his book Thy Neighbour's Wife has traced the history of  Porn Industry. Hugh Hefner remains undisputed king of this prurient empire.

Many have contributed in their own way to revolutionize and popularize the taste of this forbidden fruit. Some of them are Mark Twain, Pushkin, Henry Miller, Anne Rice, Nabokov, Colleen McCullough and  E .L James.

The Seven Minutes by Irving Wallace and Eleven Minutes by Paulo Coelho are exemplary attempts to explore sexuality in human relationship.

Indian porn is searched and seen as Desi Porn in India and abroad.

A writ petition was filed in Supreme Court of India to impose ban on all porn sites on following arguments

1. Promotes violence against women

2. Socially destructive

3. Dangerous for safety of nation

Ban on Porn Sites is not remedy of these ailments. Enforcement of laws to stop crime against women is required. Parental care and guidance is required to youth specially teenagers and remedy to quench natural urges of defense personnel must be sought.

Imposing ban is no remedy.
